1. What data is collected

• Account data: e-mail, full name, phone, company name, password (only in irreversibly hashed form — the password itself is never stored).
• Production data: the parts, packaging, plans, stock, models and settings you enter or upload.
• Payment receipts: the receipt image or PDF you upload in your account.
• Technical data: login time and IP address (for the security log), a session cookie.
• Telegram: if you connect the bot yourself — your Telegram chat ID (for notifications).
• Contact form and support: the name, phone and messages you send.

2. Purposes

• Providing the Service: calculations and maintaining your separate database.
• Verifying payments and managing your subscription period.
• Contacting you: support replies and expiry reminders.
• Security: detecting and preventing unauthorized access.

3. Who it is shared with

Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising. It is used only in the following cases:

• Telegram — if you connect the bot, notifications are sent via Telegram.
• Web analytics (Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica) — if enabled on the site, only for visit statistics on public pages; production data inside the system is never sent to analytics.
• To competent state authorities where required by law.

4. How it is protected

• Each customer's production data is stored in a separate database file.
• The site works only over an encrypted (https) connection; passwords are irreversibly hashed (scrypt).
• Backups are taken daily; administrator actions are logged.

5. Retention

Data is kept while the account is active and after the subscription ends (so it can be reactivated). If you ask for the account to be deleted, the account, database and receipts are deleted (and disappear from backups within 30 days).

6. Your rights

Under the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data”, you have the right to obtain information about your data, request its correction and deletion, and withdraw your consent to its processing. To do so, contact us using the details below.

7. Cookies

One essential session cookie is used to keep you logged in. If web analytics is enabled, it may use its own cookies.
